In April, we made the decision to take a huge leap and sell our first place. This was bittersweet because it was the place we had started our life together 8 years ago, where our family began. But, we were outgrowing the house and we knew it was time to move on. Fast forward one month (as that's how long it took to get our house "market ready"), and our house was officially for sale! We were shocked and delighted at how quickly it sold - 3 weeks! - and were eager to find our next place.
Well, with much thanks to our wonderful and amazingly talented realtor, my Aunt Karin, we found it! Our dream home. Our forever home. The place where we'll expand our family and give Avery some siblings. Where we'll watch Super Bowls, burn Thanksgiving turkeys, take "First Day of School" photos on the front steps, make countless pots of coffee, and where we'll read "Goodnight Moon" over and over (and over). Home.
